3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery & Fitting

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Fitting services are provided at our workshop or via mobile service where available. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty

All tyres and wheels are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are processed per manufacturer guidelines. Apex Tyres is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apex Tyres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
